绿色城市理论与实践探索

从20世纪七十年代开始,国际上开展了绿色城市广泛的实践活动。力图在中外实践的基础上构建起绿色城市理论的体系框架;明确绿色城市理论支撑、研究范畴与目标愿景,辨析绿色城市的定义内涵;构建绿色城市发展原则、发展目标与指标体系的全空间目标体系;提出完整的绿色城市的全要素技术体系;提出绿色城市规划建设管理与评估监督的全过程标准体系;覆盖不同地域、规模、类型、专业领域的绿色城市的全领域示范体系。     

Understanding the motivation of museums,galleries and cultural exhibition visits – evidence from Taiwan internet use types

Are museums, galleries and cultural institutions (MGC) educational institutions or accommodations of leisure market? The aim of the present study is to understand why people visit MGCs through analysing a potential link between internet use types and MGC visits. Internet use is categorized into three types: independent activities, recreational activities and social activities. The empirical results indicate that internet use for recreational activities is negatively related to MGC visits, while internet use for independent activities is positively related to MGC visits. The findings suggest that MGCs are expected to provide visitors with educational experience rather than with social or recreational experience.     

How much does tax erode fund excess returns?

We model the tax drag from active fund management based on reported monthly holdings of active equity funds. Tax drag erodes 65 percent of the 0.74 percent excess return in Broad Market funds, but only 21 percent of the 1.80 percent excess return in Small-Cap funds for Australian superannuation (pension) fund investors. Tax drag varies with investment style; market state, which is most detrimental during bull markets; and fund turnover. For high-income individual investors, tax drag is exacerbated to the extent that active management only generates meaningful after-tax excess return for Small-Cap funds of certain styles.     

Structural holes and hedge fund return comovement: evidence from network-connected stock hedge funds in China

Using data from a new hedge fund database, we examine the impact of social networks on the return comovement of stock hedge funds in China. We use structural holes in the college alumni networks of managers to measure the managers’ social network positions. We perform an empirical analysis on a sample of 3,012 hedge fund products in China from 2010 to 2017. We find that greater structural holes are associated with higher return comovement. The positive impact of the structural holes on return comovement is not affected by market cycles, a manager's major in college, or his or her abilities.

土豆红豆鱼香肠的研制

鱼香肠是以鱼肉为主要原料灌制的香肠。它营养丰富、味道鲜美、风味独特,深受广大消费者喜爱,尤其是老人和儿童。鱼香肠的优点是有外包衣(畜肠衣或塑肠衣)使鱼肉与外界隔绝,流通方便,卫生条件较好,加工后可长期保存。本文通过正交实验,探讨土豆和红豆添加量对鱼肉香肠感官质量的影响,逐步确定土豆和红豆的最优添加量,最终确定了新型鱼香肠最优配比为:以鱼肉质量计,土豆添加量:37%,红豆添加量:38%,畜肉添加量:15%,板油添加量:7.5%,淀粉添加量:5.6%,精盐添加量:2.25%,咖喱粉添加量:0.43%,胡椒粉添加量:0.06%,味精添加量:0.2%。     

论广式糖浆皮月饼生产工艺质量控制

糖浆皮月饼因具有品种繁多、色泽鲜明、可塑性强等特点,受到市场认可.本文阐述了糖浆皮月饼在生产中常见的问题及产生这些问题的影响因素.提出只有加强在糖浆皮月饼生产工艺过程中的质量控制,才能保证糖浆皮月饼的质量.     

三种不同蒸馏仪器测定食品中二氧化硫含量的对比

目的:比较传统玻璃蒸馏瓶蒸馏装置、二氧化硫测定仪、自动凯氏定氮仪3种仪器测定食品中二氧化硫的效果及适用性,为设备选型提供参考.方法:选取番薯干、咸菜、香菇干,分别用上述3种蒸馏装置测定样品中的二氧化硫含量,分析测定结果和过程控制.结果:使用3种不同蒸馏仪器测定结果无显著性差异,两次独立测定结果的绝对差值小于算术平均值的10%,回收率均在85%~95%.结论:二氧化硫测定仪自动化程度高,安全性高,基本可以替代传统玻璃蒸馏瓶蒸馏,实现大部分食品的批量检测,对于香菇干等蒸馏过程易倒吸食品,可采用自动凯氏定氮仪检测,提高实验的准确性和可靠性.
